Salary Sacrifice explained

Salary sacrifice lets your employees swap a portion of their pay for a non-cash benefit, directly from their salary.

Employees get to keep those N.I savings. Some benefits also offer tax savings – and some can even save your business money!

Terms and conditions

Savings depend on each employee's tax band. Basic rate taxpayers will save 8%. Higher rate taxpayers will save 2%. There are no savings for additional rate taxpayers.
Purchases are limited to a maximum value of £5,000 per order. Employees can make as many orders as they like, provided their employer approves the request and the salary they sacrifice doesn't take them below the National Minimum Wage.
