Mintago has been featured in an article published by The Independent reflecting on the issue of financial anxiety within the workplace.
This is a very current problem, shown by research indicating that a third of young employees are held back at work due to financial anxiety. During the pandemic, remote working became a permanent fixture for many. As large numbers of employees begin their return to the office, financial pressures are set to further increase.
Despite the severity of the issue in young people, Mintago’s research revealed that fewer than 1 in 5 employees over the age of 55 report the same concerns.
