Mintago’s research into managers’ response to the cost-of-living crisis has been featured in an article published by City AM. The findings indicate that most business leaders do not think it is their responsibility to support staff with financial concerns. 

Chieu Cao, CEO and Founder of Mintago, stated that ‘too few businesses have a plan to support staff during the cost-of-living crisis…what’s more, just 46% of managers consider it their responsibility to do so. This mindset is worrying’.
