Mintago Workplace Pension Research features in The Fintech Times

In a recent article published by The Fintech Times, Mintago’s latest research has been noted. The results reflect how a group of 365 senior UK business figures manage their employee benefits schemes, namely workplace pensions. 

Chieu Cao, CEO and Founder of Mintago, suggests that “simply providing an auto-enrolment pension scheme is not enough…” urging employers to take a more active role in supporting their employees’ navigation of their workplace pension schemes. 

Research found that only 35% of those included in the study spend time speaking with their employees about which pension scheme is best suited to their needs. This highlights the lack of focus on pension education in many leading UK businesses.
