Mintago Workplace Pension Research features in City A.M

Mintago’s latest research into how employee benefits schemes are managed by 365 senior figures of leading UK businesses has been included in an article published by City A.M. 

When asked to reflect, 60% of those surveyed did not believe that their business provided adequate support to employees when it came to understanding their pensions. Almost half of participants said that there was little internal discussion about pensions within their company.

Mintago’s CEO and Founder, Chieu Cao, urges employers to regularly evaluate their management of employee benefits programmes to ensure that they are supporting employees as best they can. The lack of pension engagement in many UK businesses needs to be addressed to improve employee financial wellbeing.
